Summit Reforestation has invested in Ki Reforestation to combine Summit’s decades of large-scale tree-planting expertise with Ki’s drone-based seeding and seed encapsulation technology, aiming to make reforestation faster, safer, and more scalable in remote or wildfire-affected areas. The partnership will accelerate Ki’s field testing and commercial rollout, with plans to be fully operational by the 2026 planting season.
Ki Reforestation and Volatus Aerospace have partnered to use the Condor XL drone helicopter for large-scale aerial seeding across Canada’s wildfire-damaged forests. The technology enables rapid, cost-effective reforestation and supports Canada’s 2 Billion Trees Program, with commercial operations set to begin in 2026.

Ki pledges full transparency and scientific standards, ensuring its reforestation projects deliver genuine carbon reductions rather than symbolic gestures.
